This dish is just another masterpiece — my taste buds are jumping for joy!

First, make the sauce.
Peel the avocado, cut it up, mash it, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Add the yoghurt, chopped herbs, garlic, salt, and spices. Blend all the sauce ingredients until smooth. You can adjust the seasoning to suit your individual taste.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccoli florets and edamame beans; cook for about 3–4 minutes.
Make the "zucchini spaghetti": grate the zucchini using a special grater or cut it into thin strips with a knife.
Place the zucchini spaghetti in a large bowl, add salt, lemon pepper, and spices, then toss everything together.
Add the zucchini, chopped broccoli, edamame, and shrimp to a heated pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Add the avocado sauce and toss everything together.
