Cocoa - apple pies
Chocolate fresh and very tasty snack. In one only 143 Kcal.
200 g Milk (I had 2.5%, can use oatmeal, soy, lactose free)
200 g Apples (weight already peeled, cut)
120 g Whole grain flour
15 g Oil (I put coconut oil)
15 g Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking powder or soda
Sweetener of your choice
Beat eggs with milk, cocoa, sweetener, oil.
Add flour. Whisk everything well again.
Stir in the diced apples.
The mass is placed in molds and baked at 175 degrees ready (it took me 25 minutes).
