I tried this combination for the first time and it was - Perfect!

Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Cut the vegetables (cut the celery into small cubes, and the carrot into rounds). First, put the celery root and carrots in the pot. Boil them until they are almost ready. Then add the sliced peppers, the courgette and the halved cherry tomatoes.
Add curry paste, spices and coconut milk. Cook for ~15 minutes, add seafood and cook for another ~15 minutes.
Add greens.
