Ingredients
 230 g Cucumber
 230 g Red radishes
 230 g Young cabbage
Ingredients for Sauce
 200 g Natural yoghurt (for me "Actifeel Greek style" 0,2%)
 120 g Ripe avocado
 25 g Spinach
 25 g Grainy mustard "Well done"
 12 g Garlic
 7 g Honey
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 Herb salt with greens
 Lemon pepper

Grate/chop all salad ingredients.

Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender and mix with the vegetables.
