Pearl barley porridge with sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients
 300 g Pumpkin
 60 g Pearl barley
 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
 300 ml Water
 Salt, herbs, crushed garlic

Peel a squash, cut it into small pieces and bring to a boil in boiling water.

After the pumpkin starts to boil, add pearl barley, a little salt, and crushed garlic. Close the lid and reduce the cooking temperature.

Stir occasionally.

When the pumpkin and pearls are ready, squeeze the pumpkin with a silicone spatula.
