Granola with cottage cheese and fruit purée

Ingredients
 200 g Cottage cheese Pilos 3% (Lidl) or 160 g RIMI classic cottage cheese
 100 g Mango puree (or other fruit/berry puree: ~120 g berries/fruit cooked and pureed with sweetener)
 40 g Granola (oat flakes baked with honey. Proportion: 100 g oat flakes + 50 g honey)

First, prepare the fruit or berry puree and the granola.

Place half of the cottage cheese in a bowl, top with 20 g of the granola, follow with the berry/fruit puree, top with the other half of the cottage cheese and top with the remaining 20 g of granola.
