Cereal salad with sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients
 150 g Peppers (or other vegetables such as cucumbers)
 90 g Smart grains (No. 2) or any other cereals, legumes
 90 g Sun-dried tomatoes
 30 g Parsley, dill
 Herb salt, dried garlic

Boil water and cook 1 packet of "Smart grains" for ~ 12 minutes. After that, take it out, add salt and set aside for swelling.

Cut peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, greens.

Unpack the "Smart Grains", pour them into a bowl, and cool.

Add peppers, tomatoes, herbs, and spices, and mix. Ready!

If you want the salad to be more filling, you can add tuna (or other fish) or meat.
