Mix the egg with yogurt / kefir. Add the seeds.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, spices. Add egg yogurt to the mass. Mix everything.
The dough gets sticky. With a wet hand form a loaf, "smeared", sprinkled with seeds.
Bake at ~ 180 degrees for ~ 40-45 minutes.
When ready - remove, wrap in a towel and leave to cool until morning.
