Cut the chicken gyros, cooked carrots, pickled cucumbers, onion, scallions, dill and eggs.
Prepare the ‘mayonnaise’ - place the eggs cut into smaller pieces in a blender. Add mustard, honey, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Beat everything into a homogeneous mass.
Mix the cut salad ingredients with the "mayonnaise" and enjoy a delicious and healthy salad.
