Another delicious version of a healthy chicken salad.

First, prepare the chicken ham, either cook it in spices or marinate it in various spices, leave it for a few hours, tenderise it and quickly fry it in a hot pan.
Boil eggs and carrots.
Separate the yolks from the eggs.
Chop the egg whites. Cut the chicken, carrots, pickled cucumbers, scallions and dill.
Make the "mayonnaise": combine egg yolks, curd, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Blend it all until smooth.
Mix the salad with mayonnaise and enjoy this delicious and healthy salad daily and during the holidays without fear of extra kilos!
