I already have several versions of healthy meat salads. This time, I'm offering another very tasty recipe.

Meat Salad with Smoked Turkey Meat

Ingredients
 6 Eggs
 340 g Pickled cucumbers
 300 g Fresh carrots
 200 g Smoked turkey ham
 140 g Canned green peas
 135 g Onion
 15 g Garlic
 30 g Dill, parsley
  tsp. Turmeric
Ingredients for mayonnaise
 400 g Skimmed milk curd "Amfora Varške" (or culinary curd "Baltais" or thick natural yoghurt)
 25 g Mustard (I used French this time)
 ½ tsp. Honey
 Salt, and pepper as desired

Boil the eggs and carrots. Separate the egg yolks from the eggs.

Add skimmed milk curd (or yoghurt), mustard, a little honey, turmeric, herb salt, and garlic to the egg yolks. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.

Chop or grate the egg whites. Cut all the other ingredients, combine and add the spices.

Mix the salad with the prepared "mayonnaise" - ready.
