 2.50 l Water
 507 g Celery root
 450 g Pumpkin (for whom the pumpkin does not taste, can be replaced with 2 potatoes)
 400 g Minced meat (1: 1 beef with chicken fillet)
 400 g Frozen peas
 318 g Rutabaga
 306 g Carrots
 200 g Tomato
 180 g Processed cheese Amber (7,5%)
 100 g Onion
 30 g Greens
 19 g Kiploks
 Salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves, and other spices of your choice.
Directions

Pour water into the pot, to which salt, pepper, bay leaves, and spices are added.

Boil the water, make a round ball of minced meat by hand, put in the water.

Cut all vegetables into small cubes.

Boil the meatballs, add the chopped vegetables. Boil until ready.

Add frozen peas, add melted cheese. Bring to a boil, add herbs.
