A very delicious recipe with chicken mince.

Chop the onion and garlic, add the minced meat, salt and pepper and mix. With wet hands, form round-shaped meatballs (I made 15).
Place them in a pan with heated oil and fry quickly. Set aside.
Boil water (~500 g) in a saucepan and put the well-rinsed rice in it. Simmer half-cooked.
While the rice is cooking, peel and grate the carrot. Cut the bell pepper.
When the rice is almost ready, add the carrots, peppers and fried meatballs. Bring to the boil, add the canned tomatoes, salt, spices and simmer/sauté until the rice is tender. Add more water if necessary.
