Trout with vegetables

Ingredients
 220 g Trout (or 300 g chicken fillet)
 426 g Rutabaga
 400 g Frozen vegetable mix "Mexico"
 400 g Broccoli (frozen)
 100 g Onion
 15 g Garlic
 15 g Extra virgin oil
 Salt, pepper, spices at your discretion.
Directions

In a deep frying pan, add the oil and fry the onion, garlic and rutabaga cut into small pieces.

In a separate pan, steam the trout in a small quantity of water. Cool, remove the skin and divide into pieces.

To the onions and rutabaga, add the frozen vegetable mix and simmer for ~10 minutes.

Add broccoli, trout, salt, and spices.

Mix everything and simmer until ready.
