A delicious lunch or dinner that can be prepared in 30 minutes.

In a deep frying pan, add the oil and fry the onion, garlic and rutabaga cut into small pieces.
In a separate pan, steam the trout in a small quantity of water. Cool, remove the skin and divide into pieces.
To the onions and rutabaga, add the frozen vegetable mix and simmer for ~10 minutes.
Add broccoli, trout, salt, and spices.
Mix everything and simmer until ready.
