Lovely, protein- and healthy-fat-rich and very tasty buns. With excellent nutritional value.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside to allow the oats to swell.
With slightly wet hands, form one loaf or, as I did, divide the dough into 6 small loaves (~125g each) and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 170-175°C for 40-50 minutes.
Allow the buns to cool completely.
