Ingredients
 300 g Cranberries
 250 g Fresh cheese Ricotta Lago Maggiore 6% (or 11% Ricotta)
 200 g Culinary curd "Baltais" (or other skimmed curd)
 40 g Oat flakes
 30 g Honey
 80 g Water
 Sweetener

First, prepare the granola - fry the oat flakes in a pan with honey. Cool.

Cook the cranberries with water and a sweetener. Blend in a blender and let it cool.

Mix the Ricotta with the culinary curd and sweetener.

Layer the ricotta and cottage cheese mixture, cranberries, and granola in a dessert bowl.
