Dessert with boiled vanilla cream and berries

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 320 g Milk 2%
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Raspberries
 70 g Strawberry
 60 g Large blueberries
 20 g Corn starch
 Sweetener, vanilla
Directions

Mix milk with eggs, cornstarch, sweetener and vanilla. Heat the mass while stirring until it thickens and makes a bubble. Set aside to cool.

Add skimmed milk curd to the cooled cream and mix.

Put part of the cream in the dish, berries on top. Top again with cream and berries on top. Repeat the same with the second portion.
