When I want something sweet but don't know what.... or don't have much time to cook, this easy and quick dessert is perfect.

Dessert with rice galettes and berries

Ingredients
 4 Rice galettes (4 x 8 g)
 1 Cup of coffee
 70 g Natural yogurt
 15 g Whey protein (or 20 g honey or other sweetener)
 70 g Blackcurrant-blueberry "jam" (blackcurrant + blueberry + sweetener. Put in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes, and then stir)
 Sweetener
 Cocoa for sprinkling

Make a strong coffee, add sweetener and cool. I used instant coffee.

Mix yoghurt with protein (or other sweetener).

Prepare the dessert - take a rice galette, dip it in coffee and put it on a plate. Put yoghurt on it, then 'jam' on top. Repeat with the remaining rice galettes. Sprinkle with cocoa.

Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
