Persimmon season is going on. They are delicious on their own, but you can also make a quick and easy dessert with them.

Dessert with persimmon

Ingredients
 350 g Ripe persimmon
 100 g Natural yogurt "Actifeel Greek style"
 30 g Chia seeds
 Sweetener of your choice

Whisk the persimmons with a blender and add 20g of chia seeds.

Add sweetener of choice and 10 g chia seeds to the yoghurt.

Place 1/2 of the persimmon-chia seed mixture in a bowl, top with the yoghurt mixed with the persimmon seeds and top with the remaining persimmon-chia seed mixture.

Let the dessert stand for a while to allow the chia seeds to swell (preferably overnight).
