The most popular fruits of winter are mandarins and, of course, persimmons. I like it very, very much. And it can be used in a variety of desserts.
Mix yogurt with milk, add here the seeds, vanilla, sweetener and whip. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
The persimmon is cut into smaller pieces and blended.
Put the blended persimmon on top of the swollen yogurt. I divided it into 2 portions.
I topped up the previously prepared caramelized walnuts for a 5 g portion.
