Ingredients
 100 g Culinary curd "Baltais" (or skimmed curd)
 80 g Milk 2%
 50 g Fresh raspberries (or other berries/fruits)
 40 g Oat flakes
 10 g Honey
 1 tsp. Instant coffee
 Sweetener
Directions

Heat the milk and dissolve the coffee and sweetener in it.

Pour 60 g 'coffee milk' over 40 g oatmeal, stir and leave to swell.

Add the remaining 20 g of coffee milk to the curd and stir. Add sweetener as needed.

Squeeze the raspberries and add honey to them.

Place half the swollen oatmeal in a glass, and top with half the cream and the raspberries. Place the remaining oats and the remaining cream on top of the raspberries.

Decorate with raspberries and sprinkle with cocoa.
