Vegetable soup with beans

Ingredients
 1200 g Water
 400 ml Coconut milk 6%
 761 g Butternut squash
 531 g Celery root
 262 g Cauliflower
 240 g Canned white beans (net weight)
 170 g Carrot
 100 g Greens (dill, scallions)
 25 g Garlic
 50 g Curry paste (I used yellow)
 Salt, pepper and bay leaves
Directions

Cut the celery root and carrots and put them in a pot with water.

While the celery and carrot are cooking, cut the other vegetables and put them in the pot with the celery and carrot.

Add coconut milk, curry paste, salt, and spices when the vegetables are soft.

Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for ~10 minutes.
Add greens at the end.
