A light and very, very tasty chicken soup.

Pour water into a pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaves, spices, and bring to a boil.
Dice the celery root, pumpkin, cauliflower, and broccoli, and mince the garlic. Add the celery root to the pot first, as it is the hardest vegetable.
After a while, add the pumpkin to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes (until the pumpkin is half-soft), then add the cauliflower and garlic.
Slice the smoked chicken and add it to the vegetables.
Add the processed cheese, stir, and cook until done.
