Vegetable soup with trout

The soup is not only filling but also nutritious.

Ingredients
 1300 g Water
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 616 g Rutabaga
 280 g Trout fillets (steamed)
 241 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 175 g Carrot
 120 g Tomato
 116 g Onion
 50 g Greens (dill, spinach)
 23 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves and other spices of your choice.
Directions

First, steam the trout in a pot with a lid in a small amount of water (~15 minutes). Cool and separate into chunks.

Pour the water into a pot and add the salt, pepper, spices and bay leaves. Bring to the boil.

Add the diced rutabaga and carrot. Cook them until the vegetables are semi-soft.

Add the sliced or grated bell pepper, onion, garlic, tomato and processed cheese. Stir, and cook for ~10 minutes.

At the end, add the prepared fish and greens. Bring to the boil and - ready!
