A delightful vegetarian stew in coconut milk.

Cut, chop all vegetables.
Boil the water in a pot, put the sliced vegetables in it and sauté them at a low temperature until almost ready.
Add salt, spices, coconut milk and the chickpeas (drained beforehand). Simmer for a further 10-15 minutes.
