Ingredients
 300 g Mushrooms
 407 g Green cauliflower
 327 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 60 g Cheese Strongman (or other flat cheese)
 150 g Egg white (or 3 eggs)
 Greens, onions, garlic to taste
Directions

Mushrooms cut into plates, cauliflower divided into rosettes, peppers and garlic cut.

Put in a deep pan in a small amount of water and sauté. Add spices.

When the vegetables are ready, add the egg whites mixed with grated 10% cheese.

Mix everything and cook for another 3 minutes.

Stir in chopped greens.
