 3 Eggs
 500 g Egg white
 200 g Cold smoked salmon
 420 g Pumpkin
 400 g Broccoli
 200 g Cauliflower
 200 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 100 g Onion
 50 g Cheese 10%
 Salt, pepper, garlic, spices of choice

Cut the vegetables, divide the salmon into pieces, and add the eggs, egg white and seasonings.

Mix everything thoroughly and pour the mixture into the tin.

Place in the oven and bake at 180 °C for ~45-50 minutes.
