Zucchini, spinach, broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, and cheese – a great combination!

Place the eggs, finely chopped broccoli, spinach, and finely chopped zucchini in a blender and blend everything into a smooth mixture.
Add natural yoghurt, salt, pepper, garlic, and grated cheese.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything.
Pour the batter into a preheated waffle iron and bake the waffles. Alternatively, bake them in a regular frying pan under a lid (at a very low temperature, like pancakes).
