When you want something green and fresh - this is something very, very delicious!

First, prepare the dressing - mix all the ingredients and blend with a blender.
Divide the broccoli into rosettes and sauté separately. I placed the broccoli in a bowl, added water and microwaved for 5 minutes.
Grate the zucchini spaghetti (I did this with a special grater, but you can also cut it finely with a knife), and halve tomatoes.
Place in a heated and oiled pan, add the chickpeas, spinach and the prepared avocado dressing.
Add salt and pepper as needed. Stir and heat for 2-4 minutes.
