Zucchini cheese cutlets with green onions

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 200 g Tea cheese (or other lean cheese)
 275 g Zucchini
 100 g Carrot
 60 g Corn flour (or any other)
 20 g Scallions
 10 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper
Directions

Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt and set aside to drain.

Grate the tea cheese and stir in 2 eggs. Add the zucchini, squeezed of liquid, flour and spices.

Form meatballs with your hands, place them in a heated frying pan and fry them at a very low temperature under a lid.

Turn over and fry the other side a little too.
