Healthy, delicious zucchini crepes (even those on a slimming diet can eat them -:)).

Place the eggs, cut courgette (zucchini), milk, sweetener and a pinch of salt in a bowl and blend with a blender until smooth.
Add the flour and psyllium and blend again.
Heat a frying pan, lightly grease it with oil and fry the crepes on both sides over medium heat.
