Zucchini is a great vegetable. They are great for both second courses and desserts.
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add a little salt and set aside to drain the juice.
Add kefir to eggs and beat.
Add chopped chicken, grated cheese, flour, salt, pepper, spices, garlic, and baking powder.
Add zucchini squeezed from excess juice. Mix everything and put the mass in a silicone mold.
Place in the oven at 175 °C and bake for ~45 minutes.
