Want a delicious pizza but don't have an oven? No problem.

Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt and set aside to drain.

Squeeze the liquid from the zucchini and add it to the egg-cream mixture. Add the spices and flour and mix (be careful with salt!).
Grease the pan with oil, put the mixture in the pan, spread and fry at a very low temperature under the lid on one side (~12 min).
Grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes, herbs, and onion, drain the liquid from the tuna, and mash it with a fork.
After ~12 minutes, with the help of a plate, turn the pizza base upside down and spread the yoghurt-adjika mixture on top.
Top with tomatoes, tuna, herbs and cheese. Cover with a lid and cook for ~10 minutes until the bottom of the pizza is baked through and the cheese is melted.
