Time for a delicious and healthy pizza again! Well, unrealistically delicious!

Zucchini pizza with mushrooms, vegetables and cheese

Ingredients for the Base
 3 Small eggs (146g)
 473 g Zucchini
 50 g Maize (or other) flour
 40 g Onion or green onions
 10 g Garlic
Ingredients for filling
 120 g Fresh mushrooms (or any other vegetables if the mushrooms do not go to heart)
 120 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 80 g Carrot
 50 g Natural yogurt
 40 g Onion
 30 g Adjika
 20 g Greens (I have green bows)
 130 g Cheese 10%
 40 g Blue mold cheese "Dorblu" (you can also use another fatty cheese - to taste, or put more 10% cheese)
 Spices, salt to taste
Directions

Cut the mushrooms and fry in a heated pan. While the moisture evaporates from them, grate the carrots, cut the peppers, onions.

Add the chopped vegetables to the finished mushrooms and sauté in a pan. Add a little water.

Drain off any excess liquid, if any, and cool.

Grate both cheeses, cut the greens.

Grated zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and set aside to rest. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Zucchini squeezes the excess juice and add finely grated carrots, spices, onions, garlic, eggs, flour.

The mixed mass is applied to a baking tray forming a round shape for the base (~ 30cm) Put in the oven and bake for ~ 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove the base, smear with yoghurt-adjika mixture and put on top of the vegetables mixed with both cheeses stuffing. Put back in the oven for ~ 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
