A great and very delicious pizza that can be eaten even when slimming!

Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, mix and set aside to drain.
Finely grate the carrot, and squeeze the garlic.
Drain the liquid from the zucchini, add the eggs, grated carrot, garlic, flour and seasoning. Mix. Be careful with the salt - you've already added it to the zucchini.
Pour the batter into the baking tray, place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake until the surface is browned.
Mix yogurt with an adjika.
Chop the onions and peppers and fry them in a lightly oiled frying pan.
Grate the two cheeses and mix them. Cut the pear into pieces.
Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread with the yoghurt-adjika mixture.
Place the roasted vegetables and pear pieces on top and cover with cheese.
Place back in the oven and bake for another ~10 minutes until the cheese melts.
