Wanted something different. A bit unusual, but very tasty.
Cut mushrooms, onions, carrots, peppers and put heated in oil (20 g) and put in a deep pan (or saucepan) to fry quickly.
Rinse all the cereals several times and add the vegetables to the pan. Add water and cut off at a lower temperature.
After a while add spices, stir and sauté ready.
