Low-calorie biscuits with excellent nutritional value.

Preheat the oven to 160°C degrees.
Drain the liquid from the chickpeas, pour them into a bowl, add all the ingredients except the whole flax seeds and puree with a hand blender.
Add the whole flaxseeds and mix all together.
Place the dough on the baking paper, place another baking paper on top and roll it out to a thickness of ~ 2 mm. The dough is quite brittle.
Cut into equal squares with a wide knife (I got 24 biscuits).
Place in the oven at 160 °C and bake for ~40 minutes.
