Vegetables are on my menu every day and lots! Especially prepared in this way, they are not only delicious, but also healthy!
The finished sauce - in a small bowl pour 30 g of oil. Add squeezed garlic, lemon juice, salt and all other spices. Mix everything.
Peel a squash, grate it and place it in a large bowl (except for broccoli and peppers).
Add the prepared sauce and mix / mix all the vegetables thoroughly by hand to mix with the sauce.
Put the vegetables in the maximum hot pan and fry quickly for 5-6 minutes.
Add a little water, cut off the stove temperature, put the lid on and sauté. Stir occasionally.
When the vegetables are ready, add the peppers and broccoli - mix everything thoroughly and continue to simmer until all the vegetables are ready.
