Minced chicken cutlets with broccoli and cheese

Delicious cutlets can be used both with salads and in wraps, wrapped in a tortilla with a salad of fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 400 g Minced chicken meat
 412 g Broccoli
 190 g Lean cheese (I used Tea Cheese 10%, you can have another lean cheese)
 74 g Onion
 20 g Garlic
 Spices of your choice

Chop the broccoli in a food processor.

Add to the minced meat chopped broccoli, finely chopped onion, squeezed garlic, spices, and eggs, and mix the cutlet mass.

Preheat a frying pan and lightly oil it. Form cutlets and cook at the medium-low temperature on both sides. Or bake them in the oven.
