Very, very tasty, tender chicken fillets and cabbage cutlets.

Grate all the vegetables on a fine grater. Chop the dill.
Add the egg, grated vegetables, salt and spices to the minced meat and mix well.
With wet hands, form the cutlets and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper or a silicone mat.
Place in the oven and bake at 180 °C for ~40-45 minutes.
