Ingredients
 1.50 l Water
 2 Vegetable broth cubes (may or may not be used)
 500 g Broccoli
 400 g Pea carrot mixture (frozen)
 400 ml Coconut milk (18%)
 100 g Onion
 20 g Garlic
 20 g Green curry paste
 30 g Greens (dill, parsley, green onions)
 5 g Oil

Prepare the broth.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into rosettes.

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a teaspoon of oil.

Put peas with carrots in a saucepan. Add curry paste, fried onions and garlic.

Add broccoli and coconut milk 10 minutes before the end. Boil.

At the very end add the greens.
