The period of delicious soups has started again.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a pot to boil.
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into rosettes, chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrot and cut the celery root into small cubes.
Remove the cooked chicken from the pot, cut into smaller pieces and set aside.
Place the sliced celery root in the chicken stock and cook until half-cooked.
Add the cauliflower, broccoli, grated carrot and onion with garlic. Cook until ready.
Add the sliced chicken, spices, cream cheese and bring everything to the boil again and cook for ~5 minutes.
