Broccoli-cauliflower soup with chicken

Ingredients
 2 l Water
 663 g Cauliflower
 500 g Boneless chicken hams without skin
 266 g Broccoli
 228 g Celery root
 188 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 91 g Carrot
 90 g Onion
 21 g Garlic
 30 g Greens (dill, parsley, green onions)
 85 g Cream cheese "Latgale" with herbs
 Herbs salt, pepper, hot pepper, sweet pepper
Directions

Place the chicken drumsticks in a pot to boil.

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into rosettes, chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrot and cut the celery root into small cubes.

Remove the cooked chicken from the pot, cut into smaller pieces and set aside.

Place the sliced celery root in the chicken stock and cook until half-cooked.

Add the cauliflower, broccoli, grated carrot and onion with garlic. Cook until ready.

Add the sliced chicken, spices, cream cheese and bring everything to the boil again and cook for ~5 minutes.
