A delicious and simple recipe for the whole family!
Grace the apple on a course greater, add lemon juice, if desired, intense sweetener, and cinnamon and mix everything.
Place the grated apples on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper) and flatten them into a layer about 1 cm thick.
First, whisk the eggs into a light foam, add erythritol and whisk for another ~3 minutes until the mass increases significantly in volume.
Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder.
Apply the dough to the apples so that they are completely covered. Spread it out not too thickly (so that you can roll it out later).
Place in an oven heated to 180 °C degrees and bake for ~25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, turn upside down on another baking paper and carefully remove the paper from the apples.
Cool a little and roll up.
If desired, you can pour melted chocolate (chocolate + milk) and decorate it with caramelized walnuts.
