Thick soup with smoked salmon, green peas and carrots

Ingredients
 2.50 l Water
 456 g Pumpkin
 424 g Cauliflower
 400 g Frozen peas and carrots
 328 g Rutabaga
 200 g Cream cheese Philadelphia light 11% (or cream cheese "Latgale" or "Dzintars light")
 200 g Cold smoked salmon loins (RIMI, dried from oil left 180g)
 80 g Onion
 20 g Garlic
 15 g Chilli pepper
 20 g Cubes of vegetable broth (2pcs.)
 Spices of your choice (I also added turmeric and smoked paprika)

Put sliced vegetables in a pot with water.

After cooking for some time, add small pieces of smoked salmon, dried from oil and cook all the soft.

Blend, add cream cheese, stir and add the previously pickled peas with carrots.

Bring the soup to a boil and take it off the stove.

Ingredients: roasted pumpkin seeds. Of course, you can also toast rye bread.
