This soup is very, very low in calories and at the same time very, very tasty (the salmon adds its special flavour) and satisfyingly filling.

Place a pot with water on the boil.
Cut the celery root into small cubes, cut the carrots into rounds. Cut the cabbage. Squeeze the garlic. Put them all in a pot to cook.
Divide the cauliflower into rosettes.
Cut the mushrooms and sauté in a pan.
Cut the salmon into small pieces.
When the celery, cabbage and carrots are half soft, add the cauliflower and cook until ready. Blend into a smooth purée.
Add the sautéed mushrooms, salmon pieces and processed cheese. Stir and cook for ~7-8 minutes.
