Ingredients
 250 g Pumpkin
 50 g Barley groats (or any other cereal)
 30 g 10% cheese (or any other lean cheese)
 30 g Sun-dried tomatoes
 20 g Green bows, dill
 Salt, spices of your choice (I add Adige salt, dried herbs, and crushed garlic)
Directions

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and rinse the grits in hot water.

Place the pumpkin and the grits in a saucepan, add the water and heat to boiling.

When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to minimum and cook until ready. Stir occasionally. Add water as needed.

Finally, stir in the herbs and grated cheese.
