Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 50 g Skimmed milk kefir
 80 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 80 g Large blueberries
 6 g Extra virgin oil
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener as desired
 Vanilla
Directions

Blend eggs with cottage cheese, kefir, sweetener, baking powder and vanilla.

Add the flour, then add the blueberries and mix.

Bake in a waffle pan or a regular frying pan under a lid at a very low temperature.
