Ingredients
 1 Egg
 37 g Egg white
 25 g Cheese 10%
 80 g Skimmed milk curd
 25 g Onion green feather
 100 g Tomato
 25 g Whole grain flour (I use corn flour)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, pepper to taste

Beat the egg with egg white, add cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.

Add baking powder, grated cheese, green onions, flour. Mix.

Put the mass in a pan, level and bake at low temperature under the lid on both sides.
