Ingredients
 1 Egg
 170 g Skimmed milk curd
 85 g Lean cheese (18%)
 50 g Whole wheat flour (50 - 60 g)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Seeds for sprinkling

Mix all ingredients.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Sprinkle the board with flour and form buns. Brush with egg and sprinkle with seeds.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for ~25 minutes.
