Curd-cheese pretzels with garlic are perfect for a delicious and hearty breakfast!

Add 1 egg and 1 egg white to the curd and beat until smooth.
Add the grated cheese, garlic, salt, spices and flour mixed with baking powder.
Knead the dough and divide it into 2-4 equal parts. I split it into 4 parts. Shape with wet hands into pretzels or round buns/rolls (if you make a thicker dough, you'll need to allow more time for baking).
Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds. Place in a preheated oven at 175 °C and bake for ~30-35 minutes until golden brown.
